In Person Live Workshops

Curiosity Island® offers immersive, in-person workshops designed to accelerate clarity, collaboration, and conscious leadership. These multi-day experiences are curated for entrepreneurs, coaches, creators, and community builders committed to aligning their work with their deeper purpose. Here’s a sample of what members experience during live events:

  • Guided facilitations for vision setting, self-reflection, and business development are integrated throughout the experience and enhanced through immersive, interactive group activities. These experiential learning components have included facilitated improv workshops, problem-solving challenges such as escape rooms, collaborative games like mini golf, and co-creative rituals such as preparing meals together — all designed to surface strengths, build trust, and spark transformational insight.
  • Interactive coaching and strategy sessions grounded in personal development, self-discovery, and business transformation.
  • Facilitated small group workshops that help participants articulate their highest-leverage contributions — what we call their “4%” — and design aligned business initiatives from that foundation.

Live Virtual Workshops

As part of Curiosity Island®, members participate in ongoing live virtual workshops designed to foster personal discovery, collaborative problem-solving, and business innovation. These workshops include:

  • Group coaching sessions where members are guided through a structured process to identify their “4%” — their most leveraged strengths, contributions, and zones of genius.
  • Facilitated offer creation workshops, where participants are coached to design and articulate products, services, or experiences that align with their 4%, using the proprietary Find Your Four® methodology.
  • Collaborative hot seats, where members bring real-time challenges or ideas and receive feedback, insight, and support from a diverse cohort of peers.
  • Live facilitated exercises that blend mindset development, strategic planning, and embodied learning to help members gain clarity, momentum, and confidence in expressing their unique value.

These virtual workshops are intentionally designed to accelerate growth through collective intelligence, curated facilitation, and a deeply connected community of visionary entrepreneurs and creators.

Membership Community & Coaching Portal

Curiosity Island® includes an exclusive membership-based platform that provides ongoing education, coaching, and tools designed to help members grow aligned businesses and amplify their impact. Key features include:

  • The Curiosity Island® Private Podcast, a members-only audio experience featuring masterclasses, thought leadership, and business development trainings — showcasing the unique strengths and teachings of Curiosity Island citizens.
  • Community-wide access to custom-built resources for identifying high-leverage strengths, refining business models, and designing conscious strategies for scaling impact. This includes private member access to non-downloadable educational materials, including walkthrough videos, frameworks, and tutorials that support offer creation, systems thinking, and collaboration rooted in each member’s 4%.
